\n Therapievergelijk.nl is a platform of New Road Digital<\/strong>, located at Prins Bernhardweg 19, 3991 DE Houten, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 70585245<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

1. Definitions<\/h2>\n

  • Platform:<\/strong> the website www.therapievergelijk.nl on which therapists and practices are listed.<\/li>\n
  • Therapievergelijk.co.uk:<\/strong> trade name of New Road Digital.<\/li>\n
  • Practice:<\/strong> the natural or legal person registering on the platform.<\/li>\n
  • Profile:<\/strong> A listing of the practice on the platform in one of the packages (Standard, Premium, Expert).<\/li>\n
  • Agreement:<\/strong> The agreement between the practice and Therapievergelijk.nl based on these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n

    2. Profile login and activation<\/h2>\n

    2.1 Practices apply through the platform.<\/p>\n

    2.2 After payment, the profile will be activated.<\/p>\n

    2.3 Free profiles are only deleted in case of urgent and valid reasons, such as repeated complaints.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

    \n

    3. Profile packages and content<\/h2>\n

    Standard profile - \u20ac197\/year (thereafter \u20ac297\/year):<\/h3>\n

    • Photo + introduction (max. 250 words)<\/li>\n
    • 1 SEO article per year<\/li>\n
    • 1 social media post per year<\/li>\n
    • \"Claimed\" badge<\/li>\n
    • Basic SEO & trust<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Premium profile - \u20ac497\/year:<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • All from Standard<\/li>\n
      • Personal appointment form<\/li>\n
      • Featured on city page<\/li>\n
      • 2 SEO articles per year<\/li>\n
      • 2 social media posts per year<\/li>\n
      • Extra visibility and SEO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Expert profile - \u20ac1,997\/year:<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • All from Premium<\/li>\n
        • 1 SEO article every month<\/li>\n
        • Social media promotion every month<\/li>\n
        • Featured on the homepage<\/li>\n
        • Maximum visibility & growth opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Content will be posted within 1 month of submission or approval.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/section>\n

          \n

          4. Payment and invoicing<\/h2>\n

          4.1 Payment must be made in advance and in full by bank transfer.<\/p>\n

          4.2 Partial payments are not possible.<\/p>\n

          4.3 If payment is not made, the profile will not be activated.<\/p>\n

          4.4 There is no refund for early termination or removal due to breach of these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

          \n

          5. Duration and termination<\/h2>\n

          5.1 The agreement runs for 1 year.<\/p>\n

          5.2 Notice of termination must be given in writing or by e-mail no later than 1 month before the end of the year.<\/p>\n

          5.3 Without notice of cancellation, the profile is automatically renewed for another year at the then current rate.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

          \n

          6. Content and publishing<\/h2>\n

          6.1 Publication of articles and social media posts is by agreement.<\/p>\n

          6.2 Therapyvergelijk.nl has the final say on placement and content.<\/p>\n

          6.3 Articles and posts will be published no later than 1 month after approval.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

          \n

          7. Changes to the website<\/h2>\n

          7.1 Therapyvergelijk.nl may change the design, structure and functionalities of the website at any time without consulting practices.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

          \n

          8. Complaints and removal<\/h2>\n

          8.1 Therapievergelijk.nl does not assess practices substantively.<\/p>\n

          8.2 If a client complains, Therapievergelijk.nl will contact the practice.<\/p>\n

          8.3 In case of repeated or serious complaints, a profile may be deleted without refund.<\/p>\n

          8.4 Free profiles will not be deleted without just cause.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

          9. Liability<\/h2>\n

          9.1 Therapievergelijk.nl is not liable for damage caused by use of the platform or incorrect information by third parties.<\/p>\n

          9.2 Practices are responsible for the content and accuracy of their profile and supplied content.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

          \n

          10. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n

          10.1 All rights to texts, images, software and content of the platform belong to Therapievergelijk.nl or its licensors.<\/p>\n

          10.2 Submitted content may be used by Therapievergelijk.nl on the platform and its own social media channels.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

          11. Applicable law and disputes<\/h2>\n

          11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.<\/p>\n
