Therapievergelijk.nl is a platform of New Road Digital, located at Prins Bernhardweg 19, 3991 DE Houten, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 70585245.
1. Definitions
- Platform: the website www.therapievergelijk.nl on which therapists and practices are listed.
- Therapievergelijk.co.uk: trade name of New Road Digital.
- Practice: the natural or legal person registering on the platform.
- Profile: A listing of the practice on the platform in one of the packages (Standard, Premium, Expert).
- Agreement: The agreement between the practice and Therapievergelijk.nl based on these terms and conditions.
2. Profile login and activation
2.1 Practices apply through the platform.
2.2 After payment, the profile will be activated.
2.3 Free profiles are only deleted in case of urgent and valid reasons, such as repeated complaints.
3. Profile packages and content
Standard profile - €197/year (thereafter €297/year):
- Photo + introduction (max. 250 words)
- 1 SEO article per year
- 1 social media post per year
- "Claimed" badge
- Basic SEO & trust
Premium profile - €497/year:
- All from Standard
- Personal appointment form
- Featured on city page
- 2 SEO articles per year
- 2 social media posts per year
- Extra visibility and SEO
Expert profile - €1,997/year:
- All from Premium
- 1 SEO article every month
- Social media promotion every month
- Featured on the homepage
- Maximum visibility & growth opportunities
Content will be posted within 1 month of submission or approval.
4. Payment and invoicing
4.1 Payment must be made in advance and in full by bank transfer.
4.2 Partial payments are not possible.
4.3 If payment is not made, the profile will not be activated.
4.4 There is no refund for early termination or removal due to breach of these terms and conditions.
5. Duration and termination
5.1 The agreement runs for 1 year.
5.2 Notice of termination must be given in writing or by e-mail no later than 1 month before the end of the year.
5.3 Without notice of cancellation, the profile is automatically renewed for another year at the then current rate.
6. Content and publishing
6.1 Publication of articles and social media posts is by agreement.
6.2 Therapyvergelijk.nl has the final say on placement and content.
6.3 Articles and posts will be published no later than 1 month after approval.
7. Changes to the website
7.1 Therapyvergelijk.nl may change the design, structure and functionalities of the website at any time without consulting practices.
8. Complaints and removal
8.1 Therapievergelijk.nl does not assess practices substantively.
8.2 If a client complains, Therapievergelijk.nl will contact the practice.
8.3 In case of repeated or serious complaints, a profile may be deleted without refund.
8.4 Free profiles will not be deleted without just cause.
9. Liability
9.1 Therapievergelijk.nl is not liable for damage caused by use of the platform or incorrect information by third parties.
9.2 Practices are responsible for the content and accuracy of their profile and supplied content.
10. Intellectual property
10.1 All rights to texts, images, software and content of the platform belong to Therapievergelijk.nl or its licensors.
10.2 Submitted content may be used by Therapievergelijk.nl on the platform and its own social media channels.
11. Applicable law and disputes
11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
11.2 Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht.
